Is a Chocolate Lounge the new coffee shop? I mean the way a coffee shop used to be, when it was ok to sit for hours and where many of the world's problems were solved over steaming cups. A place to gather, sip, indulge, chat, and relax...

Thanks for letting us all know about that.
But my post was not an endorsement of ETHEL'S, it was an endorsement of the idea of a chocolate cafe. About it (the concept) being something like a coffee shop used to be, a place of comfort and conversation...
What I'd really like, if I had my druthers, is to run such a place... a chocolate cafe, with tea and coffee on the menu as well, and all manner of good things to eat. And I would love for it to be a place where people could come and spend hours and talk and gather.
Of course, I'd need a whole new body, lots more energy, and LOTS more money. But it doesn't hurt to dream.
