The Carnival of the Recipes is up at Pajama Pundits. This week it's a soupy theme. I've never been much of a soup fan, but I guess this is the time of year for it. Hot soup to warm the innards when the weather turns cold? Me, I'd rather go for a hot cuppa tea, or an almond latte to warm my gullet. I know, I know, that's not quite as nutritious as, say, Cathy's Easy Corn Chowder, or AWeightLifted's Turkey Chili.
Must try this: D of Third World County is experimenting with making his own Chai Latte, using green tea, cloves, cardamon and cinnamon. Sounds yummy, must try!
Next week's Carnival will be hosted at Myopic Zeal, and for a change, will have a red, whte, and blue theme. Be sure to send yer RWB recipes in to recipe-dot-carnival-at-gmail-dot-com. I have no idea what to submit. Red, white AND blue? The Carnival schedule can be found here, in case you want to look ahead. I wish I had known we could request a theme, I would have asked for chocolate.
Hey, maybe I could ask for all coffee, tea, or cocoa recipes...
Typepad musta burped. Having fits with Blogger, so Typepad losing my comment isn't that bigga deal.
Anywho, thanks for the linkage—between laziness and Blogger issues, I just posted a quick link to this week's carnival. BUT I did also just post some back-atcha linkage about scones.
Thanks for all the good coffee/food links!
(Oh, BTW, a lil lemon zest in the chai brew is a big plus.)
