My brother's dog, Ginger, is a moose. Tall, wide, with the longest tail I've ever seen on a dog, she occupies quite a lot of space. But of course, she thinks she's still a puppy and can fit into small space.
Here, she's trying really hard to fit under the table and chair where I was sitting. As you can see, it's a tight fit. She was determined.
She made it, although it took her a while. She squidgied and inched and huffed and puffed, and when she finally made it, she put her head on my foot (which fell asleep in short order!) and heaved a great sigh.
Here she lies, happily underfoot, under table, squinched between the table legs and the chairs, with her bone.
And all was right with the world.
Don't forget this week's Friday Ark, Carnival of the Cats (at Conservative Cat this week), and Carnival of the Dogs over at Mickey's!
Interesting how the animals always seem to prefer a tight squeeze, isn't it?
My cats will jump up on the couch and squish between my hip and the side pillow - in a space that is wayyy too small for any of them. They seem most comfy when something is touching their sides.
Cute pictures!
