The "Danish" carnival is up at Ego. That is to say, the Carnival of the Recipes with the Danish theme, and it seems I wasn't the only one cornfuzzled by the theme.
There are some really interesting tidbits about Danish culture and cooking included along with the great collection of recipes, so go check it out and learn sumfin!

It's not just you. There seems to be a problem with the blog. I noticed this morning that it was loading VERY slowly, and now it's not coming up at all. Hopefully it's something temporary and easily fixed.

I can't seem to access the carnival of recipies website, the blogspot seems not to exist. Or is it just me?
