A BlogFather or BlogMother, I gather, is the person who started you blogging, encouraged you to start, showed you how, that kind of thing. Well, I don't really have anyone like that. I suppose I could credit Anita Campbell of TrendTracker and Lee Odden of the Online Marketing Blog. They pretty much simultaneously sparked me to want a blog of my own, but their personal involvement was nil. More along the lines of a sperm/egg donor to a test tube baby. I'd like to say immaculate conception, but that would be a bit of a stretch.
But somebody tapped me in my sleep and reminded me of all the help and encouragement and warm support I've gotten from David Needham of Third World County. If I was going to say I have a BlogFather, D would be it. Is it kosher to adopt a BlogParent? Can I so boldly presume?
Ah screw it. David, I'm adopting you! You are now my adopted BlogFather. So Happy BlogFather's Day, D! Thank you so much for all your help and comments and links and friendship and encouragement. I appreciate it and you. Here, this is for you:
Happy BlogFather's Day!!

Hi Christine,

Lee
